2.2 Scope of Services. ContentGrowthForge provides copywriting, content strategy, landing page copy, marketing funnel creation, and related marketing services as described in individual project proposals and service descriptions on our website.

2.3 Project Process. Upon engagement, ContentGrowthForge will deliver a project proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Work commences upon written confirmation and receipt of any applicable advance payment.

2.4 Revisions. Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees, quoted in advance.

2.5 Payment Terms. Payment is due as outlined in the project proposal. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. ContentGrowthForge reserves the right to suspend work on projects with overdue payments.

2.6 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all deliverables and the intellectual property rights therein are transferred to the client. ContentGrowthForge retains the right to use anonymized case studies and portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.7 Confidentiality. ContentGrowthForge treats all client information, strategies, and business details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without explicit written consent.

2.8 Limitation of Liability. ContentGrowthForge's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.

2.9 Termination. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

2.10 Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bilbao, Spain.

4.2 Pre-Work Cancellation. If you cancel a project before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment within 5 business days.

4.3 Partial Work. If work has commenced but deliverables have not been completed, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

4.4 Completed Deliverables. Once deliverables have been provided and accepted, refunds are not available for completed work. If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the project proposal, we will perform revisions at no additional cost.

4.5 Revision Policy. Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the proposal. We will revise deliverables until they meet the agreed specifications. If after the included revisions the client remains unsatisfied, additional revisions may be quoted separately.

4.7 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing any other remedies. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be subject to the laws of Spain.
